The Details

IFPS will provide the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, remove feeds, drain diesel fuel, unbolt from pad, remove mufflers, and load onto IFPS provided truck.

  • (1) 750kw Caterpillar, diesel generator, Model: 3412, Serial: N/A, MFG: 1996

Disconnect, de-install and remove UPS’s, batteries and control cabinets.

IFPS will provide the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, remove feeds, remove batteries, disassemble, palletize, and load onto IFPS provided truck.

  • (1) 500kva Piller UPS system
  • (2) Piller battery control cabinets
  • (240) C&D Technologies, dry-cell batteries, Model: LS 4–300-BST

Disconnect, de-install and remove all electrical distribution equipment directly associated with the generator and UPS system.

  • (1) Line-up of Square D Switchgear

IFPS will provide the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, disassemble, palletize, and load onto IFPS provided truck.

  • Electrical distribution equipment: Distribution panels, panel boards, motor control cabinets, Automatic Transfer Switches, MBP, transformers and / or any other electrical switchgear and equipment directly associated with equipment being removed.

*Further definition of IFPS’s de-installation and removal scope includes:
*IFPS will recycle or dispose of materials (wire, scrap, metal, batteries) from this site in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Documentation will be made available to seller. All electrical feeders, data cabling, and copper piping associated with equipment listed above will be removed and recycled by IFPS. IFPS will remove conduit and piping associated with equipment except where deemed inaccessible (above drop ceiling, below raised access floor). Equipment is being purchased in “as is” condition with no warranty expressed or implied.

*Hazardous material disposal: IFPS will remove, package, transport and dispose of hazardous material according local state and federal requirements. Documentation will be made available to seller.

  • Lead-acid batteries
  • R-22 Refrigerant
  • Diesel fuel
  • Propylene Glycol

*Roof penetration patching: IFPS will install a temporary cap on piping penetrating the roof. Customer will be responsible to have a roofer ensure penetrations are properly sealed.

*Electrical re-wiring: If a piece of equipment or electrical panel needs to be re-fed for any purpose (lighting, fire panel etc.) Customer will be responsible for those costs. IFPS can provide a quote at that time.
