Decommissioned Data Center. Iron Flag Power Systems (IFPS) purchased, de-installed and removed the equipment specified below.
1. Generators – Disconnected, de-installed and removed (4) Diesel Generators.
IFPS provided the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, removed feeds, drained diesel fuel, unbolted from pad, removed mufflers, and loaded onto IFPS provided truck.
2. CRAC – Disconnected, de-installed and removed Liebert CRAC units and associated dry
coolers and chillers.
IFPS provided the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, removed feeds, mechanical disconnect, evacuated refrigerant, evacuated glycol loops, de-installed, and loaded onto IFPS provided truck.

3. UPS’s – Disconnected, de-installed and removed (5) Powerware and MGE UPS‘s, batteries
and cabinets.
IFPS provided the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, removed feeds, removed batteries, disassembled, palletized, and loaded onto IFPS provided truck.
4. Switchgear – Disconnected, de-installed and removed all electrical distribution equipment
directly associated with the generators, UPS’s, AC’s and data center equipment removed.
IFPS provided the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, disassembled, palletized, and loaded onto IFPS provided truck.
5. PDU’s – Disconnected, de-installed and removed PDU’s, STS’s and Remote Power Panels
(RPP).
IFPS provided the following scope of work: Electrical disconnects, removed feeds, disassembled, palletized, and loaded onto IFPS provided truck.
6. Fire Suppression – Disconnected, de-installed and removed FE-227 Gas Fire Suppression system and (8) Pre-Action fire suppression water pumps.
IFPS provided the following scope of work: Disconnected, palletized, removed from building and load onto MPS provided trucks.
7. Raised Access Flooring – De-installed and removed raised access flooring, and

IFPS provided the following scope of work: Disassembled, palletized, removed from building and loaded onto IFPS provided trucks.
8. Server Racks – Removed server racks on raised floor.
IFPS provide the following scope of work: Removed server cabinets left on DC floor area.
9. Removed and disposed of Vesda fire protection system including piping, panels and related hardware.
10. Removed all electrical feeds: AC, DC, and data wire associated with all electrical distribution (switchgear), Generators, UPS’s, AC’s, PDU’s, Transformers and data center equipment being removed.

*Recycling and disposal of materials (wire, scrap, metal, batteries) from this site in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Documentation was made available to seller. All electrical feeders, data cabling, and copper piping associated with equipment listed above was removed and recycled by IFPS. Conduit and steel piping was removed where deemed easily accessible by IFPS.
*Hazardous material evacuation & disposal: IFPS removed, packaged, transported and disposed of hazardous material according to local state and federal requirements. Documentation was made available to seller.
*Roof penetration patching: IFPS installed a temporary cap on piping penetrating the roof. Customer was responsible for having a roofer ensure penetrations are properly sealed.
